How to prepare for a useful evaluation
- Remove outdated editorial-board members and confirm affiliations.
- Link peer review and ethics policies directly from author guidance.
- Publish every mandatory and optional fee before submission.
- Explain copyright and licence terms clearly.
- Check archives, article URLs and DOI resolution.
- Supply direct links in the application rather than only the homepage.
Do not create policies merely to satisfy a checklist. They should match the journal’s actual workflow and be usable when a real dispute, correction or integrity concern occurs.
