Typical review: 3–7 business days after matching.
Standard Index Listing — Annual
Choose this if you requested evaluation for an eligible structured GAI journal profile, Index ID and applicable verification reference during the annual term.
Typical review: 5–10 business days after matching.
Professional Article-Level Indexing — Annual
Choose this for an eligible journal needing metadata-source review and support for up to 100 article metadata records during the annual service term.
Typical review: 7–14 business days after matching.
Publisher Package — Annual
Choose this for a coordinated publisher profile and portfolio process covering up to ten eligible journal listings within the published service scope.
Typical review: 10–21 business days after matching.
What happens after payment?
- Stripe confirms payment: a receipt is sent to the payer email.
- GAI matches the records: journal/publisher title and email connect the checkout with the submitted application.
- Review begins: reviewers examine the relevant public pages, policy links and metadata evidence.
- Clarification if required: the applicant may be asked for a working URL, corrected information or an explanation of an inconsistency.
- Outcome is communicated: findings, decision and eligible deliverables are sent to the applicant email.
If you have already paid, do not pay again. Keep your receipt and allow the matching process to complete.
What your payment means
The payment purchases the professional evaluation or service work described for the selected package. It allows the team to inspect evidence, identify inconsistencies, assess eligibility and prepare the applicable deliverables.
This separation protects responsible applicants: decisions remain connected to evidence and criteria rather than the amount paid.
